1. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our service area in the future.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are handmade and typically processed within 3-7 days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following domestic shipping options:

We ship all orders via USPS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
