1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, general dissatisfaction, or incorrect ordering.
2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer store credit for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping) once the damage has been verified.
To request store credit for a damaged item, please:

Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging
Once approved, we will issue a store credit code that can be used toward a future purchase on our website.
3. Store Credit Details

Store credit will be issued in the amount paid for the damaged item(s) only.

Credit does not expire and can be used on any available product in our shop.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Additional Information
